Planning & Zoning
The City of Wilder has a seven-member Planning and Zoning Commission, consisting of six qualified citizen members and the City Engineer. They are responsible for all planning and zoning within the city, and their actions generally reflect the needs of the citizens and implementation of the city’s Comprehensive Plan. The Planning and Zoning Commission meets on the fourth Monday of the month, on an as needed basis.

Board of Adjustments
The City of Wilder has a Board of Adjustment made up of three citizen members. The Board is responsible for handling all zoning variances and citizens’ complaints resulting from decisions made on the zoning ordinance. The Board of Adjustment meets on an as needed basis.
